Common Patch Questions
Vector files are preferred! All vector files must be in ai, pdf or eps format. We can also accept raster files in psd or jpg format, with resolution at least 300 ppi at the final size you want the design to be.

Common Enamel Pin Questions
Standard production time for orders of 300 pieces or less is approx. 21 business days after proof approval, not including ship time. Larger orders and orders requiring additional assembly, specialty finishes (glitter, 5+ enamel colors, laser numbering, etc.) may be subject to extended production time.
Please account for the standard production time when ordering, and allow yourself an additional 1-2 weeks for billing, proofing, shipping and quality control. Please notify us in advance if you have a specific in-hand date to meet, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

If sending raster files, please send a seperate file with only your metal outlines, indicated in black. We need to be able to vectorize all raster files, so please submit your files for review when putting in a quote request for pins.

Our pin production team matches all colors to the Pantone Solid Coated Formula Guide book. You are welcome to submit colors from this book for us to match to.
If you do not have access to one of these swatch books, we can simply auto-match to the colors in your art file. You will see the colors notated on your mockup for approval.
Please note, the appearance of the colors on your screen may vary slightly from the colors on the final product. Enamel colors are hand-mixed, so they may also vary slightly between orders or within an order.
We always send detailed digital proofs for approval before putting your pin order into full production! Proofs are sent within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
We do not have the ability to send a physical or photo proof for enamel pins.
Yes, we can take care of it all! We can package your order on custom 2.5” x 3.5” backing cards + polybags and assemble them for you. We can provide a backing card template by request.
